Yellow Fever

Jungle Jim's is a small old skool girly bar that looks like it's been around since the days when American GI's came to Bangkok for R&R during the Vietnam War. And some of it's dames look like they've been working there since that time too! Not all the ladies were bow-wows. But when I visited there were none that I would rate above a 6 and I would rate the overall talent here on the low end of what's offered in Bangkok. The main draw to this place is that it offers "services" ITC that most other clubs make you get OTC. In other words the ladies offer a quick handy for 500 Baht (about $16) right inside the bar or even a hummer in the back.

And they're not shy about letting you know about what's available either. Now if you want more than that you can also "bar fine" most of the ladies for 500 Baht, which means paying the bar to take a lady back to your hotel for a short term (about 2000 Baht) or overnight visit. Unfortunately JJ's was not for me as the ladies were too old for my tastes and too many had that ragged worn out skanky look. And there was too much of a nagging hard sell to even be able sit out front and enjoy my 120 Baht (about $3.75) beer. However if you're looking for that retro stereotypical gogo bar experience where every lady tells you with a duck-like voice "me so horny handsome man, me love you long time" and you like women in their late 20's or 30's or older and you want a quick inexpensive BJ or HJ without going back to your hotel, then Jungle Jim's may be the place for you.

Since it looks like our exalted Founder hasn't updated the list of titty bars in Bangkok since Bill Clinton was president, I'll briefly go through some of the other clubs I visited on Soi Cowboy that aren't listed.
