First visit to Pittsburgh Rhino

I visited Pittsburgh's Spearmint Rhino for the first time a month after it opened, on a Wednesday night. I was impressed.

I had been to the Penthouse Club that was in this location a couple of times before it closed. I'd been to a Penthouse before in Niagara Falls and the Pittsburgh version was a dump in comparison. It was poorly decorated and maintained, with few customers or dancers. When it was Penthouse, I only saw two dancers there ever, one I liked for boobs and mileage, the other who was prettier but looked terribly depressed. One nice thing about Penthouse is still there: free off-street parking.

Now, reopened as Spearmint Rhino, the place is transformed. Beautiful, classy, like the Las Vegas Rhino but lower key, not filled with overly enhanced grifters, and about 1/3 the size. And I can afford 30 minutes with a dancer at Pittsburgh Rhino prices. There is dark wood everywere, ornately framed and nicely lit professional dancer portraits on the wall, leather chairs around tables, and a nice large low stage surrounded by comfortable seating. There were half-dozen dancers, several quite beautiful, on this Wednesday night. I asked one to get a room with me, but she had promised to go with someone else. However, the next dancer off the stage was the beautiful and natural Kaliah, and we got a room and had a good time, really hitting it off. The first girl greeted me after I came out but by then I had to go, but she was sexy and nice and also worth a room. I will be back as soon as possible.
