All sizzle, very litlte steak

Uptown Cabaret is situated just south of the main business district in Charlotte, and nearby both the arena and stadium, so is more of a destination for bachelor parties, co-workers getting hammered, and post-game/post-concert activities. Definitely has more of a 'clubby' vibe than most of the other places in Charlotte, which tend more towards the "bar" atmosphere. But if that's your thing, this is a decent spot. it's a two level club with most private dances happening on the upper level. and tables crunched close together around the mainstage on the first floor. Bar is towards the entrance.

What you'll get here is pricey drinks, some really hot women to look at, and on a weekend night, several hundred of your closest friends jam packed in together to watch. It's difficult to even see a girl walking the club much less engage one and get a dance. It's not a bad club by any means, and may be more casual and relaxed during the week, but a busy weekend, especially after the Hornets or Panthers play it can get a little too packed and not worth the trip.
