Friendly Place

Apologies for this review (more of a series of observations) being a few weeks late. I decided to step outside my usual club routine and try something different. I had heard that Pantheon in Dearborn had become a “black bar” in recent times. I’m not sure if that means the dancers are mostly black or the customers are. I’m used to clubs with a mix of ethnicities in both dancers and customers, so this label did not bother me.

I went at night, around 9 pm on a Thursday night. I parked on the street nearby, which didn’t please the valet or door person, but I’d rather spend my money on the dancers and not on the unnecessary staff. I paid my cover and found a smaller table to sit at.

I ordered a lite beer and sat back to watch the sights. I’d guess there were about 8 or 10 girls working this night, all were black. Not a problem, as I find the right black women beautiful. I’m into more petite dancers myself, but that type was not to be found tonight. A few of the girls stopped by. I bought a drink for two of them. We chatted, and the starting price for full service seemed pretty high with at least two of the girls.
