Went to this place on Tuesday...

Went to this place on Tuesday around 10pm, and was joined by an older girl (saggy with some stretch marks, but hey, close to my age at least). She was a good flirt but turned out to be nothing but a lick and a promise in the VIP. Made two trips out of the VIP area while the clock was running and promised to make it up to me if I waited. Uh huh. I was out of LD money at that point so I decided to have another couple of beers and watch the stage show before making my way back downtown, and saw her talking up another sucker. She tried to keep my interest up with some small talk while she was in the process of leading this other guy to the VIP and it was just sad at that point. Some dancers just seem oblivious about how obvious their hustle is -- if she were upfront about it I wouldn't have given it (or her) a second thought. She seemed honestly surprised when I quietly told her that I was sorry we'd met.

OTOH, I had a couple of interesting conversations with two other dancers while waiting for a cab, and I think I'll be back. The layout is pretty nice, even the imported beers are $5.50 and the other dancers I talked to were a lot more straightforward. Made me wish I had more money on me... at least I would have had the small satisfaction of watching the hustler watch me spend money on everything but her. :-)
