This really sucked

I wasn't going to write this review because I was not there long, but it needs to be written.

As a recap on the layout, this club has a main stage with a bar running around it on all sides. This club is not that big, but it has a very large stage, which dominates the center of the room, with a lot of barside seating. I was not charged a cover, but would not be surprised if there normally is one on busier nights. The place is more beat-up than I remembered it.

I showed up at roughly 8 PM and found three black pigs, with no relief in sight. Ok I thought, then maybe I'll wait it out until the better talent shows up and just have a couple of drinks. But then my first Jack on the rocks came and I could barely see the alcohol in the glass. Apparently they are now using a mechanical shot control that measures out exactly 1 ounce per shot (or maybe even less). I guess the d-bag who owns the place got tired of running up his water bill to cut the alcohol (which he was notorious for), so this was his solution instead.
