Nothing to See Here

There was no reason to buy the cheapest drink they had, so I was in and out of this place in under 5 minutes. Had the exact opposite experience here than I had at the other BT’s in Dearborn. There I expected to be there 5 minutes and probably stayed 2 hours.

Jada was the dancer on stage. Talked about water and something I’d get in return if I bought her one (not something I was interested in, but it was an interesting way to say hello). I was feeling nice so I walked over to the bar to buy her a water (just to buy it), but the bartender was doing something and didn’t walk over. Something weird was going at the end of the bar, because I remember seeing the bartender but somehow or another she wasn’t in a spot where I could make eye contact.

So I didn’t have to use the valet (he still got a tip) I parked over in the parking lot of the discount store that’s behind the club. The valet said he hadn’t really seen anyone get towed for parking over there, but the club was dead so I wasn’t going to risk a tow of the rental over a lousy club. When I walked out and back to the car I noticed a tow truck pulling into the parking lot, and it drove over to the row I was parked in. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I didn’t stick around long enough to find out...
