Whole Lotta Dancin, Whole Lotta Mileage, Whole Lotta Crazy

Kayla was a waitress I remember from my visit. Cutie pie. Liked her a lot. Steve the manager on duty was cool. Was on top of things and made sure I was well taken care of. They had a special running with a bucket of beer for something cheap. Think it was more than four beers, but at least four. That was a day with a lot of drinking, but I think I had two and gave away at least two. Let’s call it five. Does it matter? Not really. It only stuck out it my mind because it was a two drink minimum and the cost of the bucket was a couple of bucks more than two beers. I didn’t pay a cover, but did need to pay the valet $7 on the way out.

This place was one of those clubs where I didn’t plan on staying long, but was is no rush to leave. It looks a little restaurantish, and has a lot of booths. I just stuck with a table on the main floor because I wanted to be close enough to interact with the girls on stage. The walls were covered with little mirrored rectangles. A couple of clubs in Detroit were decorated with those, but this was the only club that had them as the primary wall covering. I don’t have an opinion on it. Just something I noticed. The clubs I’d seen in that part of town weren’t great, but I wasn’t in the mood to drive to another cluster of clubs. The dancer on stage when I walked in wasn’t really my type, but there was a latina hottie zipping around in back who caught my attention. Decided to kill time til she was onstage. When the first dancer got off stage she headed straight for me because it was slow and she’d been eyeing me the entire time. I let her sit with me and gave her a beer.

Turns out she was great friends with the dancer I was waiting on (had pics to prove it on her phone), so that is a random reminder to be nice to dancers because you never know who she’s connected with. Example? I wound up on the outs with a dancer a small club (for a reason not worth repeating) and the bouncer was her baby daddy so that whole scene became awkward. How awkward? Like serial killer, stand there watching dancers go to work on me in VIP awkward. But I digress. This place was pretty chill. One thing that was a little negative was how long it took to get change. After I’d broken a couple of bills, they started asking around to see if who had enough on them to make the cashback. They got it done, but at least on dancer missed out on a private dance because I got distracted by a girl at the bar while waiting for change.
