Not Smitten with Kittens

The place didn’t look like much from the outside. Didn’t look like much from the inside, either, but not a dive. The walls were done up in black with some accent lights highlighting the space. Has kittens written in red neon on the back corner wall.

Felt like fresh meat with blood in the water. I think what finally got me to get up and walk away was dimples coming over and just not like leaving me the fuck alone. Kelly was kind of cute, but $40 for a topless dance (and I've already had a pretty eventful day at this point) meant I was just taking a look around. From the vibe I'm guessing there's like some mileage to be had there, too. I don't know where people are getting the idea that there's no mileage in Seattle because half the clubs I went to seemed to have it without any issues.

Didn't really get hassled for drinks, at least. $10 door charge. $5 drink minimum. Dancer drinks were $10. I did get bothered for one dancer drink, but said whatever. When it’s my first time in the club I usually say yes to dancer drinks to help get things settled so I can find out more about the place. The last dancer who walked up was very pushy, so I decided to pass on her dance offer. Didn’t go back to the club again because I found other clubs I liked better.
