Return Visit

It has been over a year since I visited Stir Crazy, or just Stir (for short), as my friends and I call it. Last time was to visit with a long time TUSCL friend, vincemichaels, the real one. We had tried to meet not long ago, but I couldn't make it there that time. Was good to see him again and talk over our TUSCL exploits and other things in our lives.

On to the club. I'm not going to mention the club detail layout for the most part as nothing has changed from all the previous reviews.This time I at at the bar as opposed to the table we shared list visit. In all my times in this club I've only sat at a table 3 times. I do prefer the bar as the stage is in the middle of the bar horseshoe and seeing the dancers is much better there than at a table. Of course the normal tip walk was present. A favorite bartender I have know for years was no longer working there. Missed seeing her.

One thing I noticed was a relatively positive improvement of the quality of the dancers over my most recent visits. They had gone into a downward spiral, but have made a decent recovery. There were a few I would have gotten dances from if my time wasn't limited and my main reason for being there was my meetup with vm. The last dancer on the tip walk was much better than any recent dancer since I gave up on my CF at the club. Appeared to be non-Hispanic with perfect English. Seems all I spoke with had somewhat passable English skills. I KNOW I'll return as soon as I can with the hope of seeing her again.
