The gold standard in Soi Cowboy in terms of quality

Ok if your mission is the hottest birds in Bangkok then this is your place. Baccara consistently has the most, and hottest, girls in Soi Cowboy. That said, it's almost always PACKED with customers. Most of which are Japanese and they smoke like chimneys. It's frequently hard to find a good table and the hustle is pretty high here.

If you find a girl you like you better not mess around - call over a waitress and tell her the number on the girls button (they wear them on their hip). The girl will then come off stage and you're pretty much obligated to buy her a lady drink (200+baht - about $7). She'll usually sit and talk. Consider this your "interview" if you're wanting to bring her back for some action. Most girls these days aren't going to do "long time" and those that agree to long time will usually come up with some bull$hit excuse after you pop your first load about why they have to leave in the middle of the night (family member got sick or some other bogus excuse). You're better off just planning on going short time (and the rate is now about 3000baht for short time). Most girls will try to convince you to go to a nearby short time room but if you're staying at a hotel nearby on Sukhumvit they'll agree to go to your room. If they refuse then that's not a girl you want - she'll be 100% business and the experience is likely to be substandard.

Baccara is a great choice on SoiCowboy if you're just looking to find a hottie quickly and bust a load. If you're looking for more of a GFE, there's better choices in BKK. Shark Bar in Soi Cowboy is my personal favorite spot.
