Way too snooty for me

This place isn't that bad, but I really don't like places like this. From a location standpoint, its a bit out of the way on a side street that makes it hard to find without a GPS. But, its close to 95 & the turnpike as well as kinda near the other cluster of clubs in the area. There is an ample parking lot, but these guys seem to be going out of their way to make it as inefficient as possible. Presumably this is to encourage you to spring for valet or one of their "VIP" memberships. By the looks of the spots reserved for those things, it's not working too well for them.

Anyway, I parked for free & walked a bit towards the door. The parking lot attendant was friendly on my way in & out, enough so that I was compelled to give him a couple bucks on the way out. I walked up the silly red carpet and into the entryway. It was about 5:30 or so. I stood there for a second waiting for the door girl to acknowledge me, as I wasn't sure if they were gonna charge a cover. After a few minutes, I gave up and started walking through the second door into the club. As soon as my hand touched the door, she quite snootily blurted out, "uhh, there's a $10 cover."

I knew I wasn't gonna like the place and was a bit annoyed that she let me sit there for 3-5 minutes like a jackass while she was rearranging some shit on her little desk, so I replied "ohh, thank you" and turned to leave. She quickly changed her mind and said "ohh, sorry its only 6, there's no cover." I thought about leaving anyway, but figured what the hell, I'll take one for the team.
