Low Energy

I had been to this Rhino a few times in the past during the day. At night, it wasn’t that different. I sat at the ‘bar’ and had some good conversation with the cute bartender. A couple of girls came by but they were more of the wanna dance variety. One did stay for a while but was too young for me. Girls were on the higher end of the scale and there was some good stage work. The club is still ‘high end’ and comfortable.

A few specials were announced and I hoped one of the dancers I’d been admiring from afar would come over but no. The place just seemed to be slow and I felt a bit dragged down by it. Despite the $20 cover and a Red Bull, I just wasn’t feeling it. I left after about an hour or so without a dance.
