NO East Club

I had some time before my flight so on the way to the airport I stopped by Visions to experience first hand what all the fuss was about. And I speak of fuss, because Ive heard both good and bad things about Visions. What Ive heard runs the gamut from “It’s the only place that locals go” to “Don’t go there...ever.” Now, I wish I had another day to check it out later than I did, perhaps 11pm and after, yet here I was around 3pm on a Sat. Afternoon with a thunderstorm on the horizon.

First things first, NO East is always sketchy as fuck. If you’ve never been to the area of I-10 and Downman then you may feel a bit overwhelmed with the blight. I’ve never been here at night, though there were plenty of street lamps in the parking lot, so it should be well lit.

I ordered a Budweiser and sat at the bar. Now I was one of about 7 customers and there were about 6 dancers. Not at all to my surprise some of the girls were total D-list day shift dancers. I was in my chair all of 4 seconds when a hefty chunky blonde came up to me and laid down her best game. She struck her best seductive pose and asked for a few dollars. When I declined the offer she death glared me. Flirted more, and then asked for money. Fun times.
