Visited: Wednesday After Midnight

It was a lively Wednesday evening as I cruised around with a friend after celebrating Oktoberfest over at Jacksonville’s monthly Art Walk event. Just barely going over midnight, we had a quick meal and started off the hard liquor over at Kickbacks (because Oktoberfest is all about beer), and my friend asked me if there was anything else I wanted to do for the night. In a (I stress) joking manner, I simply reply “Let’s go to Passions.” I’m thinking it’ll piss him off since apparently he and the club has had some poor history, plus word around acquaintances reaches me as it’s not the best club to visit considering all of the options. But again, I wasn’t being serious. I only earned a groan out of him before telling him that I legitimately wanted to check out Paradise again, seeing if any big changes has been made since I went for the first time over a year ago. I know they serve food now, but I wanted to see just how big their menu is and if they’ve improved the interior and talent in the club.

After some more small talk, he then says, “We can go to Passions. It’s only around the corner from here.” I was seriously joking about going to Passions, but it went from “ugghh” to “yeah why not” in less than a minute. Hell, I haven’t been to this bar before, so I too figured why not? Once we pulled up to the building, I took notice that the parking lot was decently filled. But in my experience with club hopping on a weekday night, there was never a guarantee that the multitudes of cars you saw in the lot actually belonged to customers. Willing to take the risk, I parked the car conveniently in front of the entrance and made our way in. I can’t even tell you what the cover charge is now because the doorman sitting at his booth immediately asked me for my I.D. instead of telling us how much it was. One of the things my friend mentioned before we reached the club was that he really hated that Passions used to do an I.D. scan upon paying cover, but he didn’t do a scan. Just a quick skim of information before handing it back. We gave him a $20, and was given no change in return, so I’m safely assuming that the cover charge during night shift is $10/per person.

Despite that I haven’t actually been inside the club before, I have seen pictures of the interior, and one of the things I noticed first was that the room right behind the doorman had a different stage - actually, it had the satellite stage exactly like the one Wackos has, and no longer has the corner stage right between the lounge sofas. Personally, I thought the old design looked a little better and wonder what made them decide to change it. We stood in that room for a moment, and during the time that passed, a very… VERY curvaceous braided blonde wearing a nylon bodysuit (leaving little to the imagination) stepped out of the dark hallway that led to VIP and barely made any space for her to walk by us towards the main showbar, practically forcing us to observe her features. This pale woman was on the slightly bigger scale compared to the girls I’m usually attracted to, but she was big in the right places. Her breasts were enormous - had to be at least a DDD cup - and her ass was even more so, but shapely and in a nice bubble shape. Of course, her waist was small and gave the acclaimed hourglass figure in her appearance, and in my head, I’m trying to think of the science or surgical procedures to figure out how this shape was possibly being portrayed to us without cellulite, fat rolls, or any sort of visual handicap. Her face was also very pretty with a soft smile given as she caught us observing her body - not that we were really trying to hide it. The only word to muster what I just saw walking back to the main room was simply… “Damn.”.
