Place is closed due to a water issue

I drove by here today and found a lime green hand written sign on the door indicating that they will be closed until further notice since apparently they are having water issues. Looks like it’s been closed for quite some time now however.

Of note, there was a motel next door that was raised by federal agents for a prostitution ring being operated out of the motel. Maybe the “water problem” isn’t really what’s going on there?
