I travel to South Florida every two weeks from NYC and have visited the old and new Tootsies regularly for a long time. I always loved the old Tootise and it deserved the high ratings. Once the girls knew you as a regular, especially during the day, it was one of the best clubs I had ever been to. In the old Tootsis, the dancers all seemed to be 5-8's with a couple of 9+. More than half of the girls would let you touch anything in the friction areas once you spent $100 or so on the $20 dances, even at night. HJ in the old friction areas were common and if the club wasn't busy you would see quick BJ and more. For privacy, the old VIP rooms were $275 or so for 30 min and the waitress got something of that and the dancer got $150 of that. For another $100 you were assured of a HJ, $200 got you a BJ and $300 FS. The club was pretty famous for this and there was a set of girls who you could negotiate lower as a regular. Pretty much any of the girls were accessible on the stage and tips there would lead to friction dances pretty much as a given, whether they were 6's or 10's. The girls were pretty honest about what they would do and ALL of them allowed their breasts to be touched (not necessarily licked), which was fine, as I don't mind getting a good lap dance from a beautiful girl as long as she is into it and tells me up front if there are things she won't do.

The new club offers "something similar" but unless you can afford it as I can, forget about coming. The reviewer who noted the two different levels might as well have been talking about two different worlds. The first floor is somewhat similar to the old club, except that it seems that many of the best looking girls left. While there are some 8-10's who you might occasionally see dance, you will find they are all tied up on the VIP level making $2000+ per night. The old days of finding a stunner willing to play on the main level are gone. There are still plenty of nice Hispanic ladies on the first level, but the new friction areas have a door man at each friction room. In the old Tootises, you only paid for dances you got, which meant that you could get 4-5, sit and talk in privacy for a while, then get another set. In the new Tootsies they start the clock on dances when you walk in, the doorman helps count and the dances are now $25 with the house getting $5. This is a major drawback right away as you can't get to know the dancers like you used to. Next, the doorman enters and walks around to check on the girls on a regular basis. I found I was still able to touch anything on about 10% of the girls or the ones I knew, but they were much more reserved.. there were some very discrete HJ in there, but only with a hand in the pants, not with something out as in the past. There certainly wasn't anything more going on there as the girls now have to push the first floor Champagne room. Also, the first floor sitting area for VIP is more expensive, but if you sit there the girls will know you have some money and are more likely to approach you, without you chasing them down. This is an advantage to paying $25 or extra for drinks.

The first floor VIP rooms are improved from the old Tootsies only in that the cubicals are a little more private and slightly larger, the couches are leather and new, etc. Having said this, the cost is higher for the average guy, meaning you pay $300 now for half hour, which doesn't include the waitress. If you want to be left in private, tip her at least $30 up front and tell her to say something before she returns, other wise you will be surprised as she walks in on you. A $50 tip up front and discrete word will work even better. Like the old club, the dancer gets $150 of this BUT they will give you merely a half hour of friction dances for this plus usually fingering them in the new club unless you are tipping. The old rule of $100 for HJ, $200 for BJ and $300 for FS still holds. If you want anything really kinky, plan on a $500 tip. You can get a break for two girls on the tipping, but you pay the room charge again for each one, which sucks. What this comes down to is that a discrete HJ can be had for $450, which is kind of steep for the average guy. You can do oral the girls if you want, but consider where they have all been before you do. Girls you can usually count on to have fun with downstairs include Karen, Valentina and any of the girls who tell you they are from Cuba. There are some girls who used to work in San Francisco (Trina, Rebecca, etc.) who will also comply as above, but count on paying extra.
