Bleh

So a few of the guys got together to do "guy stuff". You know, talk about fantasy football drafts, politics and maybe get in a strip club or two. One of my buddies suggested Deja Vu and not one of us in the group objected.

Walking in, I see the Yelp sticker, so I check in to get admission price half off (normally $20 on a Friday night dropped to $10). They were also giving a free drink voucher to the bar next door, Salvadoreno, with each paid admission (valued at maybe $5). So, in reality, we only paid $5 to get in. Not bad.

As we come inside, we find a few places to sit at a table up against the rear wall of the club. We were politely told it would cost us $50 to sit there the entire night. Whoa. I've never heard of that before. It was so loud in there, and we could barely hear what the waitress was telling us, so I didn't bother to ask if there was some type of added service you'd get for sitting there. Deciding against paying the $50, we sat up close to the stage.
