I Felt Like I Was Entering a Courtroom

I'm a very average non-threatening guy and this place gave me the creeps from the minute I arrived. The security brute was obviously on some kind of power trip. If I wasn't already out of my way I would've turned and walked out. Seriously, this guy should check receipts at Walmart or something.

I realize this is an "upscale" place but is a 20.00 cover charge really justified? Nothing makes you feel worse than being 20 bucks in the hole before you ever order a drink. And, yes, the drinks were expensive too.

Enough bitching because there were a few good things. The place served a decent burger and the two girls I saw dancing were really quite cute. I guess I'm just cut out for the more low key kind of places is all, like the Penn Port.
