Not bad, but no escape from dollar parade in the bar area

Kind of a divey club but not in a bad way, the kind of place you expect to have fun. Men's room is a smelly pee-hole as usual, but the rest of the club is just an old tavern style bar. The times I went, there wasn't anyone I thought hot enough to ask for a dance. I never saw an 8,9,10 there the dozen or so times I stopped in on my way home from work in Allentown. Regarding the annoying dollar parade, at one point, I was probably going through fifteen or sixteen singles every 20 minutes.

The dollar parade was non stop, and to me it's harder work than being a bartender in that it's tiring handing out money all day. Of maybe like being a bank teller, but giving out your own money. I'd buy a drink, hand bartender a Jackson, and the change would be sucked up by the spongy dancers. So at one point, I just got so tired of it, I grabbed my drinks and smokes (allowed in there) and stood off to the side to have a cigarette in peace- smoking still allowed in some towns in PA. So this woman OC starts yelling at me for avoiding tips, and I reminder her I just gave her a few bucks moments ago and I need a break. There's got to be a solution to this dollar parade nonsense.

I would much rather pay an optional $10 cover (to be split up later amongst the girls), and get some kind of token that sits in front of you which tells the girl that they can't come to you for a tip, but the customer is allowed to offer a tip to who he chooses and gives the message, I want a dance. This is basically the way it was back in the old days before the post-Glasnost (гла́сность) flood gate of the late 80s. If anyone has ever seen a club that has this sort of no-dollar-parade rule, please comment.
