For the last couple of years, clubs in Philadelphia have generally gone down hill. LCB has been enforcing the pasties rule, and clubs have been stricter about watching dancers to keep them from making too much contact with patrons. Used to be that different clubs offered different experiences, and you could pick where you went based on what you wanted. I'd always heard good things about Cheerleaders, but never had a very good time when I went, so I've only gone once every couple of years.

I went there early on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago, thinking, well, if other clubs are all-pasties now, then a bikini club might not be much different anymore. And I've heard that sometimes people in the back room could get a little glimpse under the bikini, maybe you can actually see more there than in clubs that require tape over the nipples. Wrong.

When I arrive, there are maybe a half dozen dancers around, but not many more customers. Good odds. A friendly dancer comes by and talks to me for a while. Never asks for a tip and doesn't suggest the back room. I've learned never to make the first move because dancers who don't bring it up aren't very energetic when you get them back there. This one tells me her life story, and it turns out she works there because it's a bikini club, and she doesn't want to show any more than she is now. So not the girl to give a peak anyway. The next dancer does ask me if I want a dance, and I say yes because I'm there to see what's up. Go for two dances because sometimes they warm up after the first. No going here. Just going through the motions. Next dancer talks a good game, no details, but promises an average dance for 20 or a good dance for 30. The dances with her are better than the others, but a $30 dance with her is about what I was expecting for $20 with anyone. And she spends the entire time trying to upsell the VIP room. Good grind, a little top of head action, two way on areas that are exposed. Basically, a couch dance. Try one more average dancer, then it's getting kind of busy. So let's see.
