Used to be great, now it's just good.

Tootsie's used to be the spot to go 8 - 9 years ago but it's gone downhill in quality of girls. Some are friendly but most are stuck up and won't even smile at you. Diverse selection but some are junkies and have meth breath. It's no cover and 2 for 1 drinks before 8 so doesn't hurt to pop in if you're in the area but the dances are $25 and only last about 2 - 3 minutes.
