Body Club
Went to this place to see game 4 of the finals. They charged a $15 cover. I assumed it was $15 only because the game was on. I can't imagine paying that much for this place any other time.
When I walked in, I immediately thought I needed to keep my head on a swivel at all times. It looked like if you step on the wrong shoe, you might leave in a hail of gunfire (by the way, I was totally wrong). After a few minutes, I realized everybody was as there for the same reasons, watching the game and "the game". So everything was cool. The patrons seemed friendly and the dancers were even better. I never got harassed for a tip or a dance. However, if you wanted a dance, they were more than happy to oblige.
This place was just an open area with a bar, a tiny stage in the middle with two tables, and a back area with another small stage. The big bar had a pole and space for a dancer. It was kind of comical to see the dancer bump into the bartender constantly. There were a few private booths and an area in the back for lap dances. The lap dance area was not the place you want to spend any time in. It was basically 4 short partitions on a wall with folding metal chairs at each section. The floor dances at the bar were $5. Lap dances 10 and VIP $25.
