Teasers has not been reviewed in close to three years, so I feel obligated to give an update. My review will be a summary of multiple visits to Teasers during the month of June. The club is located at the corner of Fourth Street and Iowa Street in downtown Sioux City, within walking distance to a bunch of other nightlife options. The actual building used to be a confectionery shop in the early 1900’s. Teasers is what you’d call a dive bar with strippers.

There is no cover charge on weekdays and a $3 cover on the weekends. Weekdays are not too busy, while on Friday and Saturday nights, it is hard to walk around inside due to so many people, tables, and chairs being packed into a small area. The front room has a small bar immediately to the left as you enter. There is a runway stage about three feet off the ground further back that takes up a significant amount of the square footage. It has two pole positions, but I never saw more than one dancer on stage at a time during all of my visits. The back room has a billiard table, a foosball table, two arcade machines, and a claw machine with balls inside.

If you can extract one of the balls, you win a free lap dance. It was $2 per play and seemed to be rigged. The three-finger claw was too flimsy to life the balls up. The restrooms are accessed through the left wall of the rear room. The far north wall of the building is where the private dances take place in one of four booths.
