Stopped for a beer

I was in San Jose and after reading all the Tuscler reviews, ended up here. These clubs have a complicated set of rules to follow related to alcohol, nudity, who can serve drinks and I don't know what else. The short story is they have beer here, the girls are hot but not naked, and they may bring you a beer if you ask nice. Now for the long story....

Showed up in the evening with plenty of parking. It is kind of tucked away in a residential area. Got in and had to pay a cover of $15 (I was expecting more). The place is pretty big with multiple stages all of them going. The bar was full, so I grabbed a small table. One of the dancers was leaving the stage and asked me if I wanted a beer. She returns with it and I tip her a bit extra to sit with me and give me the low down. Seems some of the laws changed recently and she now has to serve drinks too. The nude clubs can't have alcohol. They are not BYOB either.

I wasn't looking for extras but I did ask for those of you that care about that. She said you odds are much better in San Francisco. There is also a good chance of getting ripped off so be careful. I'm not a local so San_Jose_guy or one of the others might give better info.
