Definitely different from USA

Well this place was certainly different than what I am used to in the United States. The bartender and patrons were very friendly. Though I stopped by alone while on my way through town, I felt like one of the regulars by the time I left. The place is fairly brightly lit...like your average, neighborhood bar might be. They had a couple large screen TV's playing hockey as well as an area to shoot some pool. The only stage was set up with a tv behind it and off to the side so you could watch dancing and hockey all at once.

The dancer rotation was pretty slow. I can in just as one dancer was leaving. It was about 1\2 until the next dancer took the stage. She did a 3 song set, during which there was no tipping. At the end of the set, she brought out some autographed posters, magnets and trinkets of herself. She rolled one of the posters into a horn and pointed it between her legs. The patrons then took turns trying to toss loonies (dollar coins) into it to win a prize. I felt a little odd doing this at first but was encouraged to do so and told this is a regular tipping process.

After the dancer passed out the prizes, she cleared the stage and it was another 1\2 hour before the next dancer. One guy came up at the end of the dancing and put a $10 on the rail before returning to his seat at the bar. All the other guys and girls did the loonies toss game. A little strange to me but everyone (including the dancers) seemed to enjoy the game. Full nude with no contact or offer of lap dance.
