Dancers not real friendly

Been here a couple of times now so I have a better understanding of how things go. First, waitress service is downright awful. Arrived and found a table at a nice location where I could see all of the stages. Sat there for 10 minutes with no sign of a waitress. Finally gave up and went to fetch my own beer. Not the first time this has happened either.

I later spied a real cute dancer on stage. Tall, slender and with red hair and glasses. I tipped her on stage and told her that I would like a dance from her. She said ok and that was the last I saw of her. She spent the rest of the time I spent in this club sitting at a table with what i surmise to be a group of regulars.

She did get up and walk around the bar a couple of times and even walked past where I was sitting but she totally ignored me. And the guys she was sitting with never took her to the VIP. They all just sat around like bumps on log and she lost an easy $100.
