Kandy’s is located in a very rural area of NW PA. There is nothing wrong with that, but I was sure convinced (Murphy’s law and all) that I’d ‘tag’ a deer on the way back to the hotel.

If you are coming from the North (Erie / I-90 corridor) it’s about a 20 minute drive south on 19. There are lots of options for hotels / restaurants / etc. at the I-90/19 interchange if you are a traveling monger.
