Unless You're Local There's Nothing Really to See Here

Bikini Bar. The building is nondescript from the outside. If it wasn't for the “headlights” sign in red I might have driven right by it. Saw another review that said the metal detector wasn’t working. It was working the night I was there. The security guard will give you a quick frisk but no big deal. Paid $5 cover. Nice looking place on the inside. Better than what I expected given the location.

It was the first club I’d seen around Newport News that wasn’t a shithole, so that was nice. Bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in awhile. It shouldn't matter but it does. There's a pool table by the front door. And a small side stage behind it. Mainstage is off to the right when you walk in. The doorman has a booth that overlooks the stage.

There's a full bar. Ended up not getting a drink because the bartender didn't ask me if I wanted one. Walked right by me. I wasn’t staying anyway, so was glad to not have to drop any cash on a drink I was going to waste. The place has food. They've got the specials on little cards on the tables. There were guys shooting pool and guys sitting at the bar, otherwise it was a light crowd and nobody was at any of the tables.
