Not particularly impressed

My experience matches those who've been saying the place isn't the diamond in the rough it once was.

I've been here a few times before, but it was a while ago and I still managed to get a bit disoriented trying to find the place and drove by it twice before I made my way into the rear parking lot. I didn't pay to park or to enter, a little after 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Inside, its a bit of a dive but showed signs of being cleaned/spruced up in areas.

I've grown to prefer the less posh places, so I was comfortable. I sat down at the bar where I could see the stage, I think I paid $4 for a domestic bottle was expecting to be offered a shot but wasn't. I would have turned it down anyway, so I didn't bring it up. There really wasn't much going on for the first hour or so I was there, a couple girls wondered around but no one approached. I sat and chatted with another S. FL native female customer for two beers. I had a UM shirt on, so she chatted me up about that.
