Since that club has had 2 reviews in 10 years, I thought maybe I'll add a contribution.
Metro station "Admiraletskaya", entrance is on the other side of street opposite of 24x7 McDonald's. If you take a cab from the main hotels, it will cost you about 500 RUB.
Entrance is 1500 RUB and you'll be directed to the right side of the stage (bar), unless you're a regular and can use the tables ont the rihgt side.
Lots of Japanese/Chinese tourist groups all the time. For the sake of me, I don't see myself going to a strip club with dudes from a booked tour.
Girls take turns on stage 3 by 3 after which they walk the club to collect tips (about 100 RUB is the norm). They also have a complete show of all available girls aonce every hour to the theme of Star Wars. About 2/3 of them would rate 8+ or better: fashion models, tall thin blondes thin with long legs, long hair, you get the point.
Private dances are 3000 RUB for 2 songs in separate rooms (very cosy with large couch, not a booth like US Clubs). Mostly low mileage as the girls will suggest you take them back to your hotel instead and they apparently have strict rules (quoted price 25k RUB, but when I declined, she was ready to settle for less, even offering a second girl in the package).
In conclusion, nice club if you like runway type models with long hair, long legs and A-cups, and teasing mileage only. The "real" fun starts if you're buying takeout, but I'm not really into that.
