Since that club has had 2 reviews in 10 years, I thought maybe I'll add a contribution.

Metro station "Admiraletskaya", entrance is on the other side of street opposite of 24x7 McDonald's. If you take a cab from the main hotels, it will cost you about 500 RUB.

Entrance is 1500 RUB and you'll be directed to the right side of the stage (bar), unless you're a regular and can use the tables ont the rihgt side.

Lots of Japanese/Chinese tourist groups all the time. For the sake of me, I don't see myself going to a strip club with dudes from a booked tour.
