Dropped by for a visit and a view

Business took me down Hy45 and past Rankin Rd.. Had to stop in on the way out.( of Houston) First time for me. It is really easy from the freeway to get to. Place looks upper class, ( I see some called it 'The Church') and the parking lot is fenced in. Free parking or Valet. I choose free. It was 6:00 pm and the parking lot was 3/4 full. I think parking may get tight on a busy night. This was on a Tuesday. $5.00 to get in. Nice gal at the front desk. You enter thru a big door and you are looking at the main stage directly across the room. Sitting is between you and the stage. There is a bar on the left and the right. Very tall ceilings with an upstairs circling the room giving people up there a view of downstairs. This is a nice place, but not posh. It has a good atmosphere, did not feel uptown, did not feel downtown. Hustle factor was low. I sat at the bar on the right and ordered a beer. $7.50. Thought I am not drinking many of these. There are two small stages the ladies rotated to after doing a two dance set on the main stage. The girls were, in my books, around a 6 average when I first got there. Very common looking. I was disappointed. However, around 7:00, new talent started easing in and the talent level was gradually going up. After the first beer I asked the cute bartender how much a Crown and Water was, and she said $8.50. I was done with beer. For a buck, I will drink Crown every time. After surveying the girls I noticed a buffet. It wasn't great but it was sure worth the $5.00 entry charge. Lap dance rooms were thru a curtained door. I sit at the bar for an hour & half, only one gal made an attempt for conversation, and I really did not see one that rev'ed up my engine. I eased out and headed north up I45. I will return. The DJ was good, music was the right volume, and I could see if you connected with the right gal it could be a fun place to be.
