Open but no dancers

I arrived late in the afternoon and found no dancers. Said there hadn't been any and that some might come in that night. Beer wasn't expensive, but I didn't really get the feeling this was a strip club. I think they are trying to make the bar work and attracting guys with the idea of dancing, but don't do anything to facilitate entertainers making any money so there were none.

I am not a real fan of Moon nor Chrystal City diner with virginia no touch/ no nudity rules but I'd still try my luck there, or pay the money to go into DC, or wait till late night and go up to Showcase. It will take some serious legitimate updated reviews on this site to even pull me off 495 to check in on this place again,..... unless I'm just looking for a bar that might occasionally have a lady trying her luck at the pole.
