Very quiet club
First time at this club. Pretty simple New York City bar layout: railroad style, bar going from front of the building towards the back. Stage with two poles behind the bar; seating also on the opposite side of the bar going back from the entrance. The private dance section is a little further back from the bar; four chairs with some privacy from the bar.
Was in the neighborhood, so I popped in the club when it opened at 8. No one on stage; in fact, the only dancer there was about to leave when she saw me come in and opted to stay. She was nice about it; I guess the early crowds are pretty light.
Was glad I stayed; she was sweet and did some nice work on the pole. Chatted with me but didn't hit me up for a drink. I appreciated her putting on a show even though I was the only one in the bar so I paid for a dance. $20 for one song, pretty typical but didn't feel rushed. I left not long after the dance; was there about an hour but there was still only the one dancer on.
