Pretensions of Grandieur

Archibalds has been making changes to its business model and it is all geared toward taking advantage of big spenders. This of course makes no sense in DC where lapdancing and touching is outlawed. One of their efforts is to reserve tables ext to the stages for so called VIP customers. They want to reserve those tables for guys who will buy $300 bottles, which means they sit empty.

The seating is already terrible because of the long hallway room. The other thing is there emphasis on so called "private suites". A bachelor party I saw bought the batchelor a one hour suit time with the best looking dancer there, which cost anywhere from $600 to $1000 and took her out of circulation for a long times.

The rest of the lineup was mostly Latina who were not impressive to look at. You'd think that if this club has so little to work with to make money they would make an effort to find better looking dancers. But I don't envy their situation. The laws ,are it hard to for girls to make. Kenya unless they cultivate a bunch of old geezers to sit with them. This situation also results in some D.C. dancers being will to e gage in OTC to make any real money. But they will only do that after a long process of building up trust. Wished I lived in a more liberal city.
