Meh!

I had to check this place out due to reading some recent reviews, and the fact I hadn't been in since it was named Bombshells years ago. I wanted to see what was different, for better or worse. The consensus is that some things are the same, and some are better.

First off, the renovation of the interior is way better than what I remember. It was never a dive, but now it has a cleaner look about it. The VIP/booth used to be at the entrance, and now they are on the opposite side of the entrance. There is another champagne style room, but since this was during the day I never saw anyone partake. A dancer, forget her name, was really friendly to me and got me up to speed with the place after I told her I hadn't been around in years. She gave me a little tour, even walked me back to the VIP area. It had 3 horseshoe booths with mini tables at the ends for holding your drinks, and not much else. It looked like the cushions were fairly comfortable for seating.

After the tour I obliged with her request for dances at the $10 seating. That was good enough for me as they seemed to be as comfortable as the VIP. After 2 songs she asked if I was ready for VIP, and I said thanks but no thanks.
