Cheerleaders is my go-to club when I'm in Philly. Drinks are fairly reasonable (about $6 for domestic beer), place is relatively clean, and the girls are attractive and friendly. The cover is super reasonable. Some nights, it'll be $5, some nights it'll be free. Compared...
