First visit eye opening

My first and only time here was on a Sunday night. I was visiting San Diego. My friend a huge party animal from SD wanted to show me this place that he and his friends love to hit up. Hong Kong was a huge strip club/bar with at least 50 girls just hanging out, which was impressive for a Sunday. My friend told me years ago, it was only about a quarter size it is now and was more like a hole in the wall. But as they catered and attracted more and more Asian clientele, with the name Hong Kong, it expanded and is the current end to end building size.

Anyway, all the beers seemed reasonably priced, considering we were used to Vegas prices. One thing I didn't understand was the girls sitting with us could only have the house type of beer. I know this because the girl sitting with me wanted my beer but the waiter wouldn't give it to her. But for every beer that I bought her, she would get a receipt. After awhile the girls quoted us 80 bucks or so for private dances with extras. We declined and had a few more beers with some other girls and left to have tacos around the corner. I don't know why but those were some of the best tacos I ever had. Hong Kong was a fun place. My friend said Friday's and Saturday's are so packed with hundreds of girls and guys he never goes on those days. I heard later on from some friends who went there for a bachelor party on the weekend and they had the time of their lives with the strippers. That's saying lot as this guys are life long hard core party animals with plenty of cash and a high tolerance. Based on my experience and the personal stories I can see why it is number one on the strip club list.
