My work takes me to Charlotte...

My work takes me to Charlotte once a year, and because there are no nude clubs in Charlotte, I have made trips to Crazy Horse, a nude club in Rock Hill, SC, less than 30 minutes away, in February 2015, February 2016, and February 2017. The first trip was good enough to keep me coming back, but this trip will be my last.

Upon arrival, I was asked for my ID and membership card. When I said I wasn't a member, I was told I couldn't come in without being a member. (This was not true on my previous visits.) He wanted $20 for a one-year membership and then a $10 cover on top of that. He was adamant about this, despite my telling him that I only get to the area once a year. He showed me on the membership card that it was good for reduced cover at all of their sister clubs – about 10 or so – but they were mostly in Charlotte (topless only) and other cities in NC where I would probably never go. And it's only good for a year, so when I come back next year it'd be the same thing all over again.

It was 9:00 on a Friday night. When I asked how many girls they had working, he said four, but there would be 15 before long. He could tell I was about to leave, so finally – and grudgingly – he said OK, I can give you a one-time membership for $15. Well I was already standing in the club (it's a very small place) and could see that the girls working were pretty hot, so I paid the $15, got a $2.00 bottle of water at the bar, and settled in. It was then I saw a sign posted further inside the club (not by the door) that had all the prices listed, which said the cover was $10 for members and $15 for non-members. If that's a standard thing, why hassle me so much at the door? About 15 minutes later, I saw two college-age couples at the entrance, who talked to the door guy for about five minutes and then left. I'm sure he hassled them, too, about buying memberships – and lost an easy $60 when they turned around and left. Sorry to harp on this for so long in this review, but if you're contemplating a visit, I just thought you'd like to know.
