Always a good time
The Lodge is a special place, based on the decor and style more than anything else. The place has a very eclectic feel to it, modeled after a hunting lodge. It has a "library" in the back which is more mellow and quiet than the huge main room. When I went our waitress was very attentive, checking in regularly to see what we needed. The music is rock, dance, pop with no rap to speak of. This is not a typical club in that they keep the music turned down low enough that you can carry on an easy conversation with your friends or the dancer. It is not a big party club, I don't think it would be a bachelor party destination. It is however a great place to go for dinner, the food is amazing, and it feels like you're in a real dinner club, not just a bar. They have a couples night on Saturday night with dinner specials.
I think one of the biggest reasons for the vibe is that it's not a "walk around" club. Generally people will grab a table, and stay there. The chair are big and comfortable. It's not assigned seating, it's just not one of those clubs that you are moving for the entire night.
The girls are beautiful and classy, with a good age, ethnicity and body type mix. Not perfect mind you, and definitely not dirty. They are there to sell champagne rooms, and while they'll work the room for dances the women here are professionals. It can be robotic at times, but it's not high pressure. It's not the assembly line dance factory you can run into at other clubs.
