Casual Monday Night Football

I was in Vegas again a month or so ago for a conference and took advantage of their Monday Night Football deal. The $20 fee included a ride, entry, two drinks, and the buffet. This is significantly less expensive than everything else at this club, so it's a decent way to go if you don't mind a quiet and early Monday (which I'm sure is the reason they offer the deal). It's a decent place to watch a game, too. If you think of the place as just a bar to watch the game, it's pretty good. The screens are very large, with good seating - better than other regular bars I've been to in Vegas. The waitresses were pretty hot, and nicely attentive. The buffet was actually decent.

The venue takes a turn away from the normal bar at half time with the "dollar lap dances". This visit was a mixed bag as there weren't as many dancers participating as the last time I tried this event. If you were in the right part of the room, there were good clusters of dancers so you could spend pretty much the entire half time with a dancer in your lap (somewhat) slowly spending dollar bills. I happened to be a bit on the edge, so my ratio of lap-dance to sitting awkwardly expecting a dancer was not quite what I would have preferred. They also ran raffles during the game's time outs as well. The prizes were almost entirely lame, but they did give away some "dance dollars" that would have been good for a lap dance or two.

After the game, it was still early Las Vegas time (and still Monday, of course), so the club was pretty dead. Lots of their sets were marked reserved, even though empty. Rather than find a bouncer to tip for a table, I just sat at the stage. The stage performances were a bit better this visit than my last one. The dancers were still a bit more prone to breast enhancements than I'd prefer, but were undeniably attractive. Their dancing was a little more enthusiastic than I remembered. The drink prices go way, way up after the game - at least double.
