I was in Philly for work...

I was in Philly for work and had done some scouting and decided on gold club. I was able to walk from my hotel and forgot that they would take a hotel key instead of cover. Cover was modest, maybe five bucks. Got there around 9p during the Monday night game the week after thanksgiving and the eagles were playing. Club wasn't full at all. Small club, decently lit and the girls set on me like hyenas. I brushed them off while I got acclimated. Beers were modest, maybe five bucks also. My first couple were a bit warm and I mentioned it to the bartender so she put a few in the freezer for me, which was nice. Club started to get crowded with eagles fans who left game or the regular bars where they were watching game until it was tough to find a seat.

Things to know about this club are that every dancer will ask for a tip after she comes off stage. A dollar does the trick, but with four minute songs, that's $15 in tips an hour, plus the cost of whatever you drink, so budget accordingly and don't fight the dancer tips. Some of them do a pretty good stage dance. Others just move a little and look pretty.

Also, there's not so much a shift change as a rotation. Girls are coming and going all night. Maybe 10 at a time on a Monday but I saw 15+ girls while I was there. There are a nice collection of girls of all colors, mostly young and fit. One girl approached me from behind and started giving me a pretty aggressive back and neck message without asking. After about four minutes that I really enjoyed she was chased off by the actual massage girl, a hot blonde. She said the dancer who was massaging me had been warned before about the encroachment but was a bit high. I think the dancer's name was Nicki.
