Can't figure this club out.

I've been here now on three occasions. I just can't figure out how things work at this place. The dancers are called to each of 3 dance stages, which is annoying, as it's like you're at a grade school function. I think the girls can figure out that after stage one they go to stage two, etc. without the DJ CONSTANTLY announcing who goes where next. I felt like I had to chase the dancers to get any attention....no matter where I stood, it seems I was invisible. Despite giving good tips on several of the stages, the dancers ran to their next "assignment", then promptly got off stage and headed to the dressing room. The club is not "quaint", and has a Home Depot, "factory" feel. It was work to chase the dancers to even try to talk...I really don't need that type of competition after a long days work. It just was not relaxing here. The girls weren't chill, seemed stand-offish, and everything seemed orchestrated. Maybe you have to be local here for attention. The food here was ok...nothing great, and the place seems short-staffed in the waitress department. Overall, in three visits, I've never had any fun here. Maybe someone can offer some "tips and tricks" for how this club operates, but for me, I've found other venues.
