Finally made it to Tootsie's

I had heard much about this club over the years. Last week I stopped in late afternoon, during the Noon-8 pm happy hour. I initially sat at a table a couple back from the stage. The server misheard me and delivered a Captain and Coke. I was OK with it, $4.25. Later in the happy hour I sat at the bar and ordered a Jack Daniels on the rocks. It was $6. Pricing definitely confusing.

I ordered a simple pasta dish while there. It was really good and not bad at $10. There are no happy hour food specials as far as I could tell.

Place is huge. The sports bar alone, Knockers, is bigger than most clubs. They really only had the main stage and surrounding bars open, I left about 8.
