In the numerous occasions I’ve been to strip clubs, it never occurred to me to order food. But a friend raved about the food here, so I gave it try. He was right. And it’s reasonably priced, $11 for a cheesesteak. I also noticed $10 for 10 wings and other sandwiches and burgers for $10 and under. They have an expensive upscale selection, too, like steak and lobster, for high rollers. But I’m blue collar.
I hadn’t been here in a while, but since it’s close to the airport, I gave it a go when I recently returned from a trip to Florida and felt like seeing hot, naked women.
Buddy said they only have valet parking for $7, so I avoided that nonsense and parked at some apartments nearby and walked. Cover was $7 mid-week.
Looks unconspicuous from the outside, like an ordinary building and not a flashy strip joint. Inside, they remodeled the club from when I was last here back in the day and it has a nice, upscale feel to it. I sat at the bar, which is an island and features several TVs and neon lighting. The lighting overall was about right, not too dark or bright.
I saddled up to the bar and the barmaid informs me of a two-drink minimum to say. Ordered a cheesesteak for $11 and beer for $8. Made sure to nurse the beer, as I usually do at these places.
