Good Value For Your Money

This was stop #2 of my strip club tour for today. Chicas was only a couple miles away from stop #1, so the two were combined. The first thing you notice at Chicas is that parking is at a premium. No fees to pay, etc, but there's only about 12-15 parking spaces for customers, dancers and employees. Then you can't help but notice the security man at the entrance of the club. He's there to watch the parking lot for scofflaws and also to make sure nobody gets stupid and brings in weapons. So you're frisked, but you're safe inside. There's no entry fee, but its highly advisable to stop off at the bar and purchase some libation. As long as there's some sort of liquid in the container, the management is happy. I got a bottle of water for $5. Its just a cost of doing business at a strip club. Going past the pool table, you're now in the strip club area.

I must say that several improvements have been made since I was last at Chicas. In the interim they replaced the big screen TV behind the disc jockey with some strings of subdued lighting. That's a big improvement, because, although you can still hear the Spanish music, you at least don't have to look at the muchachos in their sombreros doing the singing. It also makes the club darker, which is an advantage in its own right. With the dancers, its like a pendulum; sometimes there's a lot of black girls, then there's a lot of Latina girls. Today the pendulum was swinging toward the Latinas. There's a smattering of Caucasian ladies there too. I would say that many of the Latina ladies, if 5-8 pounds were to jump off them and go elsewhere, they'd be better off for it. Not "fat" so much as just "thick." Nothing wrong with being thick at all, in my book. The mens' restroom has been updated, which was a needed improvement. The little cubicles along the north (right side) wall are still there, and a visit with an attractive young lady carries a tariff of $10 per song. The VIP area appears just the same as before from the outside of it. I didn't go inside for any VIP experience. One young lady that visited with me a little cubicle said that VIP dances were still $20 per song. I'll take her word for it.

I suppose moderate interaction with the dancers can be available, but nothing intense. Perhaps the SCs have reached a tacit understanding with LE. I'm just guessing on this. Others have commented previously that in this club, as well as others in the area, that LE really wishes the girls and clubs would moderate their behavior quite a bit. A new sheriff and a new prosecuting attorney have just been elected, and only time will tell how much they feel an intrinsic need to clamp down on nice people doing erotic things and liking it is needed.
