Visited many times and the great thing is - if one place is down, there are so many other options. Everyone in the group will find something here. Also, the lady boys have their own section so you don't have to worry about that stuff unless thats what you're into. I visited the last time with a work group including one american who worked in Bangkok. He some Thai so we had special attention. However, you don't have to worry about that. The Thai people are great people. They will take care of you either way.
