Trip To Eagle River

Since this club has not had a review in years, Eve and I decided to "Take one for the team" and drive the 125 miles North to check it out. We arrived about 6:30 (one half hour after they opened) on Saturday night. There were 4 dancers and 2 bar staff there when we arrived, but we were the only patrons.

As has been said before, this club is very, VERY well hidden back on an out of the way country road...thank heavens for GPS. The club it's self is a typical back woods type bar, except for the two stages with stripper poles. Reasonably clean if not a bit run down here and there, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained as well.

I think we paid a total of $9.00 for a Old Fashioned for Eve and a well Coke for me...my well Coke tasted so bad I wasn't about to drink it and I got a non-alcoholic beer in a can instead, which they did not charge me for.

Eve had some video gambling games to play while I played with my phone at the bar. (They have WiFi) One of the dancers looked pretty good...maybe a 6+ but of course she never got on stage. One more was maybe a weak 5 (those were white girls) and there were also two AA girls there...one maybe a 3 and the other a 1, and I'm being generous. About 8:00, still with no other customers other than Eve and I, another white girl walked in. She looked to be the type of dancer I really like, petite, nice legs and butt (she looked good even in her street cloths) but she had a drink at the bar, walked into the dressing room and a few minutes came out carrying her bag of clothes, a pair of heels and out the door she went, got in her car and left.

A few minutes later I asked the bar tender if the 4 dancers were all that would be there that night and he said he thought so. About 8:15 we decided to get out of there, and while I was waiting for Eve to finish up her video game three more customers, in two cars did arrive, but still no dancers got on stage. Finally at 8:30, having NOT SEEN ONE DANCER on stage we left for what we hoped were greener pastures in Wausau.
