Great value and had a good time
It has been a number of years since I visited Lappers, and I must say they have not changed. Apparently it was a restaurant in the distant past and you sit in what was a former booth for the dance. The booths are literally falling apart!
You enter, pass inspection, and get buzzed in and pay the $7 cover at a counter as soon as you enter. The cover is good for the rest of the day. I went in, sat in one of the tall stools and waited. One dance was talking with a guy - deep discussion. Another dance set in the corner - she did not seem to be feeling well. No one approached. Music was playing and dancing apparently was happening in the back.
The music ended and a fairly attractive dancer, Lisa (I think) came out with a guy. He left and after awhile she came over and asked if I wanted a dance. Why else was a there - no stage, no stage dancing. You come for the individual lap dance. I gave her several $'s for the juke box, let her select the song.
